1.2 Non-Commercialization: The Company affirms that Your Personal Data shall not, under any circumstances, be explicitly sold, bartered, leased, or otherwise commercially traded to any independent third party. However, You expressly acknowledge and consent that, for the necessary functioning of the Platform—including but not limited to hosting, analytics, communication gateways, cloud infrastructure, and related technological enablers—certain authorized applications, software services, and sub-processors may indirectly access, store, or process such Data strictly to the extent indispensable for delivering the services. Save for such ancillary and unavoidable processing, no disclosure or sharing shall be undertaken.
1.3 Authorized Sub-Processors: Notwithstanding Clause 1.2, You expressly consent to the Company’s limited disclosure of requisite Data to authorized sub-processors and service providers—including, without limitation, hosting partners, analytics platforms (such as Google Analytics), communication gateways, and payment processors—strictly to the extent indispensable for fulfilling Clause 1.1.
1.4 Extra-Territorial Processing: You further consent that such authorized service providers may, by virtue of their operational infrastructure, process Data outside the territorial boundaries of India. The Company undertakes to exercise commercially reasonable measures and contractual safeguards to ensure compliance with applicable Indian data-protection law, including but not limited to the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
1.5 Limitation of Liability: The Company disclaims liability for any independent acts or omissions of said service providers beyond the express scope of their contractual engagement with the Company.
1.6 Supremacy of Clause: This Clause 1 shall prevail over any conflicting or inconsistent interpretation elsewhere within these Terms, and acceptance hereof shall constitute unqualified consent for all subsequent usage of the Platform.
Purpose Limitation – Learning and Upskilling Only:
The Platform, under the aegis of CourseMaster, is intended solely for educational, instructional, learning, and upskilling purposes. You expressly acknowledge and agree that the Platform shall not be utilized, construed, or represented as a medium for employment solicitation, financial transactions outside the scope of course enrollment, political activities, social networking for any non-educational purposes, or any extraneous objective. CourseMaster exclusively promotes the dissemination of knowledge and professional skill enhancement, and disclaims any association with purposes beyond the academic and training objectives herein contemplated.
Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) constitute a binding legal understanding between the individual or entity (“User”, “You”, “Your”) accessing or availing of the services offered through CourseMaster (“Company”, “We”, “Our”, “Us”), and shall govern Your interaction, utilization, and continued engagement with the website, course content, applications, and all associated products and services (collectively, “Platform”).
1. Eligibility and Scope
1.1 By registering for or otherwise engaging with the Platform, You affirm and warrant that You are 18 years or older (Learners between the ages of 12 and 17 years must access and use the Platform under the guidance and consent of a parent or legal guardian (“Parent”)), and possess the requisite legal competence and authority to enter into binding agreements.
1.2 Access to the Platform shall be construed as an acknowledgment that You are not a minor under the applicable jurisdiction, and that parental or guardian consent is not sought or required for enrollment.
1.3 Any misrepresentation of eligibility shall, at Our sole discretion, result in immediate suspension, nullification, or cessation of access rights, without refund or liability.
1.4 Learner Registration and Use of the Platform

To access and use certain features of the CourseMaster, you will be required to register and create an account by providing accurate details as requested. - Learning Purpose Only
CourseMaster is a platform created solely for learning and upskilling purposes. Learners agree not to use the Platform for any activities beyond education, training, and related skill development. CourseMaster does not promote or support any other activities through its Platform. - Age Requirements
The Platform is strictly intended for learners aged 12 years and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet this eligibility requirement. - Parental Consent for Minors (12–17 years)
Learners between the ages of 12 and 17 years must access and use the Platform under the guidance and consent of a parent or legal guardian (“Parent”). The Parent shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms on behalf of such learners and shall remain responsible for their conduct on the Platform. - Free and Paid Services
Registration on the Platform is free. However, certain Services, programs, or courses may be chargeable. Purchasing Services is optional, and Learners are under no obligation to make any payments to use free features. - Account Responsibility
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. Any activity carried out under your account will be deemed to have been done by you. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must immediately reset your password and notify us. - Learner Conduct

- System and Device Requirements
Access to the Platform requires a supported and compatible device (computer, smartphone, tablet, etc.) with internet access. Compatibility requirements may change from time to time. - Accuracy of Information
You confirm that the information provided at the time of registration is true, complete, and accurate, and you agree to update it as necessary. - Right to Suspend Access
CourseMaster reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account, restrict access to the Platform, or remove content at any time without prior notice if it is found that you have violated these Terms or failed to meet the Age/Eligibility requirements.
2. Service Disruptions and Limitations of Liability
2.1 The Platform is delivered on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of uninterrupted functionality.
2.2 CourseMaster shall not be liable for any interruptions, delays, or losses, including but not limited to data corruption, access disruptions, or compatibility failures.
2.3 To the fullest extent permitted under law, liability for any claim, whether contractual, tortious, or statutory, shall in no event exceed the fee paid by You for the specific course giving rise to the claim.
3. User Conduct, Professionalism, and Obligations
3.1 You shall not utilize the Platform in a manner that:
- (i) breaches applicable laws, regulations, or ethical standards;
- (ii) infringes upon rights of third parties;
- (iii) transmits malware, unauthorized software, or disruptive technologies.
3.2 You further agree to maintain professional behavior, decorum, and non-disruptive participation throughout the duration of the course.
3.3 Any act of misconduct, abuse, harassment, or unprofessional behavior, whether toward faculty, peers, staff, or the Platform, shall entitle CourseMaster to terminate Your enrollment immediately without refund, restitution, or liability.
3.4 Any assignments, feedback, comments, or uploaded content provided by You shall be deemed non-confidential and licensed perpetually, worldwide, royalty-free, to CourseMaster for educational, promotional, or operational purposes.
4. Intellectual Property and Proprietary Materials
4.1 All course content, including but not limited to lectures, documents, graphics, assessments, certificates, and digital assets, constitute proprietary information and are owned, licensed, or controlled exclusively by CourseMaster.
4.2 You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to access the material solely for personal educational use.
4.3 Duplication, dissemination, adaptation, sublicensing, or derivative creation from any part of the Platform is strictly proscribed absent prior written authorization.
4.4 Any infringement shall expose You to civil and/or criminal proceedings under applicable intellectual property statutes.
5. Absence of Employment Assurance
5.1 While the Platform endeavors to provide instructional content designed to enhance Your knowledge, aptitude, and professional readiness, You acknowledge that no express or implied representation, assurance, or warranty of job placement, internship, employment, or career advancement is or shall be construed as provided.
5.2 Any interpretative inference by You regarding job outcomes shall remain Your sole assumption. CourseMaster expressly disclaims any such liability and reiterates that it is solely a skill development company, and not a placement agency, recruiting entity, or employment guarantor.
6. Enrollment, Payments, and Financial Considerations
6.1 Enrollment in a course is deemed conclusive, irrevocable, and non-cancellable upon completion of the payment process.
6.2 All remittances are strictly non-refundable, whether in full or in part, and irrespective of subsequent withdrawal, dissatisfaction, technical difficulties, or inability to complete the course.
6.3 No credit, transferability, deferment, or substitution of payments toward alternative services or third parties shall be entertained under any circumstance.
6.4 By remitting payment, You accept that CourseMaster assumes no fiduciary obligation beyond granting access to the course material in accordance with this Terms and Conditions.
7. Certification and Authentication
7.1 Completion certificates may be conferred solely upon satisfaction of all prescribed course criteria, assessments, and attendance requirements, as determined exclusively by CourseMaster.
7.2 Certificates may incorporate QR-code verification; however, the Company shall not be responsible for third-party verification errors, misinterpretations, or fraudulent misuse of issued certificates.
8. Suspension and Termination
8.1 CourseMaster reserves unilateral authority to suspend, restrict, or terminate access in instances of suspected misuse, breach of these Terms and Conditions, fraudulent activity, or actions deemed detrimental to the integrity of the Platform.
8.2 Such termination shall not entitle You to any refund or restitution.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
9.1 This Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
10. Modifications and Severability
10.1 CourseMaster retains the right to revise, amend, or update these Terms at its sole discretion, with or without notification. All the registered users are hereby requested to frequently visit this page to understand the latest terms, conditions and privacy policies.
10.2 Continued usage of the Platform following amendments shall constitute acceptance of the modified terms, conditions and privacy policies.
10.3 Should any provision of this terms, conditions and privacy policies be adjudged unenforceable, the remainder shall remain operative to the maximum permissible extent.
11. Limitation of Liability
11.1 Maximum Exclusion of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL CourseMaster, ITS PARENT ENTITY (IF ANY), SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES, OR AGENTS, BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, LOSSES, OR EXPENSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF GOODWILL, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH:
(i) ERRORS, INACCURACIES, OR DEFECTS IN USER-GENERATED CONTENT OR ANY OTHER CONTENT AVAILABLE THROUGH THE PLATFORM;
(ii) ANY PERSONAL INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR HARM OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE PLATFORM;
(iii) ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR USE OF OUR SERVERS, DATABASES, OR ANY AND ALL PERSONAL OR FINANCIAL INFORMATION STORED THEREIN;
(iv) ANY INTERRUPTION, DELAY, SUSPENSION, OR TERMINATION OF TRANSMISSION TO OR FROM THE PLATFORM;
(v) ANY BUGS, VIRUSES, MALICIOUS CODE, TROJAN HORSES, OR SIMILAR MECHANISMS WHICH MAY BE TRANSMITTED TO OR THROUGH THE PLATFORM BY ANY THIRD PARTY;
(vi) ANY ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN ANY CONTENT, OR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE INCURRED AS A RESULT OF THE USE OF CONTENT, DATA, OR INFORMATION TRANSMITTED, UPLOADED, OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE THROUGH THE PLATFORM.
11.2 Mandatory Legal Limits
We acknowledge that in certain jurisdictions, statutory warranties, disclaimers, or conditions may apply which cannot legally be excluded or limited. In such jurisdictions, and only to the minimum extent required by applicable law, the liability of CourseMaster and its Affiliates shall be strictly limited, at its sole discretion, to either (a) re-supplying access to the Platform, or (b) refunding the subscription fees paid for the period during which the deficiency occurred.
11.3 User Responsibility for Content and Conduct
You specifically acknowledge and agree that CourseMaster shall not be liable for any User-generated Content, nor for any defamatory, offensive, unlawful, or otherwise objectionable conduct of any third party, and that the risk of harm, injury, or damage arising therefrom shall rest entirely with You.
11.4 Jurisdictional Control
The Platform is owned, controlled, and operated by CourseMaster and/or its authorized Affiliates, subject to compliance with the laws of India. CourseMaster makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or legally permissible for access or use in locations outside India. Those who access or use the Platform from jurisdictions beyond India do so voluntarily and are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable local laws and regulations.
